Description

This fireproof regular duty automatic door bottom has many components that work to create a reliable seal for the gap under doors. It utilizes a concealed flat spring mechanism which lowers a solid neoprene insert upon closing the door. The motion ensures a smooth drop without a drag. The aluminum anodizes casing is fitted with a self-extinguishing and oil resistant solid neoprene seal that can fill gaps up to 1" and is compatible against the floor or a saddle. It automatically retracts when the door is opened. For extra protection, the interior of the casing is filled with rubber. Additionally, this product can be mounted to both a right and left handed door. As all our products, this door bottom is built to last! It has been successfully tested through 5 million cycles.
