Yes this will fit all variations of the 10oz Thermos brand for kids. It is cosmetically different than all stock ones but I've used it in all variations with no trouble. The fit seems off at first, but it seals, which is my only expectation.

Q: What is the outer diameter and inner diameter of this gasket?

The gasket is about 2 3/4 inches in diameter from outer edge and about 1/4" thick (or less).
