I've been thrilled with my results taking this supplement. I was recently diagnosed as hypothyroid, and was having a lot of insomnia, hip joint pain, and no energy. I've been using this for a month or so, and it's helped alleviate all of those symptoms. Pricing for this product is really reasonable as well, and no side effects. I highly recommend.

I switched from another brand because this one also contains the minerals needed. Been on it for about 2 weeks, and it seems to be keeping up my energy at least as well as the other brand. So grateful, because I had gotten to the point where I was pretty useless for doing much more than minimal activity, and my ability to think was sluggish as well. Not back to the same energy and clear mind as when I was working, but much better than I had gotten - I have sub-clinical hypothyroidism - I am hoping as I am on it longer, that my energy will be further increased. I am anxious to see my lab results - to see if these pills made any difference in my levels.

I've not yet been taking it for a full month, but so far I have noticed a slight shift in my energy levels, my weight has stopped increasing and there have been no negative side effects. I say this because I'm sensitive to increases in blood pressure and have a pine nut allergy which makes 'fillers' an issue.

I received this with a few other packages, and all of my mail smelled like rotten fish. I finally discovered it was these pills, which had leaked a mysterious oily substance all over inside of the package. This was confusing, since the pills were full of powder. I got a refund and threw the whole bottle away. They all smelled like rotten fish juice. So strange.

We have been taking for a week now.. We could see increase in energy ! Big relief ! We will keep the review updated in coming weeks.

I was somewhat shocked when this arrived, and there was very little iodine in it. This is an extremely important vitamin for the thyroid. The fact that is skimped on is extremely telling of the quality of the vitamin, in my thought. Buyer beware.

Goes along well with my thyroid meds. I like the ingredients.
