A lot of great qualities
I've used this to make mini egg bites and mini protein muffins. I like that I don't have to use any oil, spray, or paper and everything comes out clean. With it being reinforced, it's nice to pick it up and not need to hold up the middle or put it on a cookie sheet. The only issue I noticed was when setting it into the oven, it's a little picky with the placement on the rack to keep the whole thing level. It also seems to cook somewhat unevenly - the muffins in the middle of the pan take a couple minutes or more longer than the outside ones. I love that I can stick it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean every time.
