HUAWEIP30 Pro 128GB Dual-SIM Smartphone SIM-Free in Black

I ordered my phone before reading any reviews here, then when i did i saw many negative one star reviews about the seller and used phones! I have to say i was worried and felt like cancelling the order, but i decided not to because i needed this phone for linking to a drone. If i was not happy i would have returned it. BUT, I'm happy to say when it arrived everything about it said brand new, the sealed box, clean box, everything packed in like brand new, phone with in perfect condition. Powered it up, i have used it now for 3 days and it works perfectly and battery life is excellent. So i have no complaints what so ever.A very happy customer...

As a previous P30 Pro owner I wanted to buy a new one when my old device died as they are such a great phone, this one was not a great phone, constantly lagging and slow to react. Absolutely nowhere near the performance of my original device, very hard to believe this is actually a new and original P30 Pro. Returned for refund

Good phone easy to use

I bought this phone thinking it was brand new, but it isn't. The term "new" means reconditioned . The description did not mention this, which is misleading and could be categorized as false advertising, and the laws in the UK are different regarding this. Additionally, the phone has scratches, the protective foil has scratches, and the box was opened with different stickers than the original ones. The box is dirty. I am worried about any other issues I might have with it. I have also seen that others have reported the same issue as me.

The phone is very stylish, a nice size which I like, Large screen it makes everything easier to read I have gone for a sim free phone, I know the initial cost is an expensive outlay but it is well worth it, It does make it easier to upgrade to a new phone if I decide to sell this one. Hopefully this will last me until something better comes out. But I am very happy with the new phone.

A Perfect phone

I purchased the phone because of the amazing reviews I'd read but that was not my experience with the phone I received.The issues I experienced:• battery lasts 1 day, so not exceptional battery life as other reviews has said• Banking apps did not work because of rooting issues with the phone• other government related apps did not work either, eg NHS's Couch to 5K app• It was not compatible to pair with my Smart watch (never had any issues with my previous Google Pixel 4!)• Google pay and wallet did not work on the phone because of rooting issuesThe screen did look great but with so many inherent issues it's just not fit for purpose for a phone. It was such a shame as I really wanted to like it.

After 2 months of ownership this phone no longer connects to Bluetooth, the fingerprint sensor does not work at all and the phone is sluggish. I don't spend huge amounts of time on my phone so it's very surprising that it's failed so soon
