Shoe Dog: Young Readers Edition Paperback – Abridged, August 27, 2019

Reminds me of many of the lessons learned during my own personal experiences and individual growth, full of excellent advice similar to Warren Buffett's musings. Suggest readers also try "The SNOWBALL."

Bought for my teen son and he couldn’t put the book down. Great story with lots of surprising tidbits you wouldn’t otherwise know about. Highly recommend.

Book for Youth! Son with Dyselxia glued to it and loved it! He did an entire presentation on the book, and made his own 3D Nike shoe when he presented and reported on the book. He saw the movie as well before. Loved both!Reading isn’t his favorite, yet he gives this story 5 stars!! Inspiring!

My son doesn’t love reading so I constantly try to find subjects he is interested in. This one fit the bill- shoes and sports. He read it over the summer and I consider that a win.

I recently bought this book for my 7-year old son and I am reading it aloud to him. When I first presented it to him, he wanted no part of it. The familiarity of the Nike logo on the cover got it through. We are only halfway through right now, but it has been an enjoyable experience! It has elicited a lot of unexpected questions from him about world locales, World War II and Business. Now he is asking for me to read it to him before bed!I have learned a lot myself about Phil Knight’s journey and am always ready to read the next chapter! I will definitely be picking up the standard edition to see what else is included.

A fascinating and inspiring story, wisdom and iconic history all rolled into one book. If Phil Knight hadn’t kept trying we would not have had Nike.

This is a great book for an eleven-year-old boy. My son doesn't love to read but was interested in this book.
