Poor sound quality
Oh my what a waste. I will never purchase this brand again. The sound quality is not good at all.

This stethoscope audio pick-up was not sensitive enough to hear the soft heart beat and breath sound of the premature neonate

I use this for cervical auscultation of infants for swallowing
I was looking for a stethoscope for cervical auscultation for listening for SSB in preterm and full term infants. I was afraid this stethoscopes performance would be reflected in the price, however, I was wrong. Although inexpensive, there is excellent sound quality for listening for SSB and abnormalities of SSB. Also it is the perfect size to get into the neck of a preterm.

The bell is excellent very audible, the diaphragm however is a bit low pitch; but considering d price it's okay
