Very well written and illustrated assembly instructions. Easy to assemble. High quality build. There was one misaligned screw hole in the coffee table's metal frame out of the entire furniture set. That appeared to be a matter of misalignment during the manufacturing. The distributor was very responsive and easy to work with. They promptly sent a replacement section and a complete extra hardware set. The only slight disappointment IMHO is that the cushioning material could be a little denser thereby making sitting a little bit more comfortable. Very satisfied with the quality, price, assembly process, and the distributor.

I have looked for over a year at purchasing a patio set specifically a sectional. I finally pulled the trigger on this set and am very pleased that I did so, so far. The set was just put together last evening so as far as longevity of the set, I can't speak to that yet. What I can speak on is my experience to this point. I purchased this set on a Wednesday evening and received the first of three boxes on Saturday. The second and third boxes were delivered the following Thursday. I thought the shipping time was reasonable given the delay in shipping due to COVID-19. Now for my experience assembling the set, it was easy and could be done by someone of all skill levels for the most part. There was a minor issue with the ottoman as the predrilled holes on one of the sides did not line up. My husband however, was able to get it figured out. Each box contained a set of specific instructions for the pieces that it contained along with the needed screws and washers. Also included was an Alan Wrench to tighten to screws with, however we did not use it as my husband had a socket set that was much easier and sped up the process. Each individual piece was clearly labeled and matched up well with instructions to assemble. On a few of the couch pieces, there were a few screws that were stripped out, not making it able to tighten correctly but overall, did not prevent the couch from being stable. The packing of the pieces was secure and well done as to not cause damage to product during shipping. I had no pieces that were bent or damaged. One of the main features that I was looking for when purchasing a patio set was the height as many reviews had stated that the set was very low to the ground. This one met my expectations and I feel that it is a good height for our family. The cushions themselves are comfortable and I do expect them to loosen up with more wear. Each bottom cushion has velcro nicely attached that lines up well with the velcro attached to the actual frame. The color of the frame is a true brown and the cushions are a light tan. Overall, for the price of this set, I am truly impressed and do recommend this product.

Cushions came stained however they gave me a credit so I could purchase a new cover. Back pillows fall frequently causing it to look messy but otherwise a great fit for my backyard

Seems good. Bought a cover for it to help it last. It is comfortable and seats enough people. Came in about 3 boxes. Assemble was straight forward. Can be assembled by yourself.

We love this patio set and it was exactly what we were looking for. It's only been set up for a week so can't comment on durability. The set up isn't too bad but does take some time/patience. Great piece for the price.

we love this set! just make sure all the parts are in the box. We were missing a leg. other than that it was a great buy
