I really like these workout shorts. The material is soft and very comfortable to wear. I bought these for summertime because I live in a really hot climate and found them to be very breathable. I also love that they don’t ride up my thighs. I actually like them better than my Nike shorts and they cost a lot. Great value. They have pockets on both sides that are big enough for a large cell phone, but yet not bulky when empty. I’ve had mine for over four months and I wore them a ton throughout the summer and washed them a ton and they still look great. Very durable and wash well. The picture I included is currently; this is after many washes and wears. The only thing I could say is that they may run a little big. I got mine in a medium, and it was really really happy with the fit, but I can see that some people might want to size down.

I like the feel of the material, just the right thickness. The pockets are what I love the most. Fits my phone. The other one can hold keys or small items. It is comfortable and good for running.The recommended size , small, is what I got. It runs a bit big and quite loose on my legs ( my waistline is 25.5) but since it still fits and looks good, it was worth keeping.

I love The Gym People brand. I have work out pants and now these yoga shorts. The best part about their brand is the material being thick and holding my poo belly together. I also love the pockets for my phone! These shorts are comfortable and the perfect length. I will continue to purchase from this company. They do not disappoint!

I'm a distance athlete. Putting in mileage, I prefer compression shorts for comfort and to prevent chafing. These shorts are not compression, though they are snug. Just not as snug as compression. They ride up on my thighs a little when walking. And I'm pretty sure they'll chafe after a few miles.The material is soft. There are 2 side pockets that a phone can slip into.Overall these are okay. They are very comfortable, but for me I don't see wearing these fur more than a few miles. Certainly not a long run. However, I can see how these shorts would be great for strength training and stretching. And also to wear under a dress. I paid $15 on sale, and that's a faster price for the quality that's offered.

I purchased these in black and black leopard. The leopard ones are absolutely adorable. The black ones are almost more cotton, they don’t have the feel of spandex. The pocket was a must for me and it fits my phone perfectly. But I’m returning these because they constantly rode up my legs. Not good for working out. And there is no sense of tummy control with the high waist. It actually pinches the top of my stomach and then the hip area so it CREATES a muffin top. Not flattering.

They seem to fit great & great length for what I like to wear. Purchased black & it’s thick that it didn’t feel see through, but not too thick either. Good solid color. I like that it has pockets - only returning because I didn’t realize it has a front seem which I don’t want.

I purched prior to my (M) 2 size small per Amazon suggestion and some reviews.I ordered again (M) The (M) were perfect. The smalls on me were ok, but super tight & hurt my hip bones. They are high waisted, super extra support I feel, they were very uncomfortable. I washed both pair on gentle, air dry and they shrunk a bit. These will go to my daughter, but (M) was perfect and love the 2 pockets. The are short! The small were almost booty shorts on me. 5'3" 126lbs 27 waist, no belly. Hope this review helps.
