Shipping and everything to do with the seller was fine. They just aren’t really a 13’ cord, unless u have one end pinned and stretch it as tight as you can go dragging the phone, u may get close. It really only stretches to about 4’ without throwing the phone off my desk.

Pretty good
This is a good deal. I have an AT&T Model 945 phone, and that 20 foot cord was driving me batty. It used to be where you could go to Walmart and buy these short handset cords, but not any more. When you try to find something, it just isn't there anymore. Too much "that's what you get..take it or leave it".With Amazon, I have the option to dump these stores and find whatever I need over here. Thanks Amazon!
