I can’t lie this tea gets the job done. If you bloated constipated or just haven’t gone in a while then this is what you need. My stomach cramps really bad but is worth it in the end. I have used it a few ways; as a detox, for weightloss ( with intermediate fasting), and to regulate my bowel if irregular. I actually love the taste as it. I think I’m used to it now. Every now and then I will add a little sugar or lemon to it. But it’s strong and effective as is.

I didn’t think this tea would work but it does. I go to the bathroom every morning! This works great! The only think I have to say is that I get very bad stomach craps before you have to go, so be careful.
