When my doctor told me that I had early Macro degeneration, I was shocked. But he said, donât worry, we are going to start you on ARed 2 by Bosch, immediatelyâtwo a day. And I take them every day. I do have a question. Directions sayânot take anything else with zinc in it because this already has zinc. â. But I need vitamins and all the vitamins seem to have zinc. At least the ones I find. I do take the A RED 2 with the multiple vitamins at it. I would like to know if they are enough vitamins for a senior senior citizenI love that theyâre sold over-the-counter
