These literally arrived 10-minutes ago and I installed them right away and I'm actually blown away at the difference!I've had this chair for probably 10 years now and never even considered changing the wheels until I recently noticed how loud they were through the floor when my partner was using my desk. I looked these up and sat on it for a couple of months (no pun intended), but I wish I'd bought them instantly.Not only is my chair now basically silent, but the glide is fantastic - something I didn't even realise mattered to me until now!They were very simple and pretty quick to install, even with my old wheels needing a little persuasion with some long-nose pliers to lever them out. Once out, the new wheels just slide in. They look and feel really strong and well-built, and I'm now gliding around my office like I'm on ice.I'm very rarely this impressed by a product, and it may sound silly as they are "just" a set of wheels for a chair, but this is possibly one of the best investments I've made this year! At least in terms of quality of life improvement.I wish I appreciated the need for these sooner, I wish I had these installed from the start, and I'm low-key excited to sit at my computer over the next few weeks!

The delivery and packaging were excellent and product arrived within 24hours and pristine. The wheels are a replacement for my old plastic ones and work exactly as described - they fit in less than five minutes (I bought standard 11mm version). They run smooth and quiet over my wooden floor with no scratching whatsoever. Correction, they don't "run" - they glide and quietly. I have taken up the old piece of carpet I had down to protect the wood floor and thrown it out forever. Very pleased with these. I would buy again (but hopefully I won't need to ) and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for replacement wheels for their office chair.

Quite brilliant! After replacing the original standard casters these are soooooo... much better. As an upgrade it couldn't be better. Highly recommended. Fit, Great! Vale for money, Likewise! They are so smooth on my wooden floor, leaving no marks at all.

I recently moved my desk and chair into another room, going from a hard floor to carpeted. I didn't want an ugly plastic mat under my chair, so looked for other options and came across these wheels. Super easy to install straight away, they look fantastic, and they're so smooth! Can't believe the quality versus the price point - would have expected to pay a lot more for something this good that functions so well. Won't ever go back to traditional wheels!

I bought these wheels in a hope for finding a replacement set for my Secret Labs chair. My dad was the one who reccomended these wheels to me after he has had them on his chair for a number of months. (Also a Secret Lab chair)Took a little bit of effort and strength to get in but once they are on they feel amazing. They glide over any surface smoothly (for me this being carpet) and they add a little bit of height to the chair.Overall highly reccomend these wheels.

I was actually looking for ways to increase the height of my 'gaming chair' to be a 'work chair' as well, I'm 6'2 and my main options were to either buy a new chair, or change the gas cylinder. I found my gas cylinder was impossible to remove despite all the videos that show how to knock it out. No go. Then I saw new casters - already mine were coated in dirt and didn't roll well at all. Saw these - and noticed the height of the wheels, another inch on the diameter. So here we are, new wheels installed in seconds. They have increased the height of the chair enough to be viable, the extra size on these makes a big difference. The only problem now, is they are SO SMOOTH rolling - I know my office floor has the slightest angle towards one wall - literally my chair just rolls (silently) - as if no resistance. I can deal with that, but I had to write a review to say just how well these castors are made - large, silent, smooth. Not their fault I don't have a completely level floor! Very happy, even though having to pull myself back to the desk occasionally! If you want perfect castors, these are possibly what you want.

Bought these to replace some casters on one of my Herman Miller chairs.Great packaging so initial impressions are good.Installed in 5 minutes, fitted perfectly.But do they work?Oh yes, way better than expected!They glide across the floor without a mark .. smoothly and without resistance.All office chairs should be fitted with these and as an aside, why don’t Herman Miller fit these as standard? It’s an expensive chair.So impressed I bought a set for the other chair.100% recommended.

These castors are excellent quality and were a doddle to fit. I was nervous about getting the old castors out of my office chair but a little gentle prying with a flat bladed screwdriver did the trick. The new wheels took a little force to push them home but was achieved without the use of tools. Now the chair moves quietly and smoothly over the floor and looks very smart. I opted to replace the original twin wheel castors with a single wheel which has the added benefit of adding a little height to the chair. Very pleased
