Camera was good. But the service is horrible !! My device is not working for last two months. Tired of calling customer care, their technician multiple times. None turned up. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!

It is a very nice and unique product. There is no other product like this in the world. I have been using it for more than 6 months now. The best part is it is a super smart gadget that has a an AI Security Camera, Alexa, an amazing Bluetooth house party speaker and a stylish look for keeping in my living room.I wanted to write this review from a long time. Writing it now as I have an interesting incident to quote. Recently one day, there was no one at home. During the lock down times we had a habit of keeping the doors opened. Accidentally we had left the door open that day too. My aunt from the neighbourhood visited us that day and entered inside the house seeing the door opened. This gadget sent a notification of a person detected instantly. I was a little shocked as in my knowledge there was no one at home at that time. I immediately checked on the screen and because of the superb camera quality, quickly recognized that it was my aunt. I spoke to her through the Talk Back feature on the gadget itself and asked her to close the door and keep the keys with her. That day my aunt and this cool gadget saved our house.Needless to say it was my best partner in Home Quarantine times. I have even fed the faces of my family in it which it recognizes seamlessly and does routine things which I have set on every face that gets recognized.I can say that this is one of the best additions to my bunch of gadgets.

Concept is really good and Alexa integrated is a big+Camera quality is really good and best part is you can control camera from your mobile app sitting at office. You can see live stream with crystal clear audio. Also routines feature makes daily tasks quite easy.However Alexa has limitations with the commands and does not accept all commands which Amazon echo device responds to.Another big area for improvement is speaker quality, please improve the quality for sound output and if possible make provision for existing customer to upgrade to newer devices whenever you update speaker quality.Updated on 4th Mar-----------------------Hats off to Qubo team for resolving Alexa issue on Qubo device. My default Kindle store was UK so alexa had hard time understanding English (India)Special thanks to Mr. Vikas from Qubo team, he did all necessary follow ups with Amazon team and ensured the issue gets resolved in a day for me.After posting the review received call from CEO of Qubo to get feedback and suggestions for area of improvements. Really appreciate his kind gesture and I am sure Qubo will get a huge success in near future.All the very best !!

I would not like to give any stars as it did not fulfil basic requirement I had .Camera quality okays0 value for moneyEase of installation but doesn't functionCustomer Support - negative as I got no support after sales despite of raising tickets multiple times since I bought thisThe sad part is I saw this product at my freinds place as she was using for her child and she gave good review... apparently I thought it will be good investment as my kids were very much into Alexa echoHowever I could use only couple of times which worked well but later there was the issue with adapter sent... I bought new adapter still the qubo did not workThe conceptn is really good which it was functionalThanks but no thanks.... waste of moneyAlso the new range of Qubo are so tempting and future forward. But I am so skeptical with my Previous experience that I really don't want to give try to shifty product which may disappointment me.I wish I could give 0 star but amazon doesn't allow to publish review until we tate minimal

I am using this for a month now. There are 2 aspect of this product , first is smart camera and 2nd is inbuilt alexa.The smart camera features are good and it does what u expect it to be.1. You can view the camera feed from mobile2. It sends notifications for any movement3. Based on setup it can also identify the person4. Based on routines , you can define what camera does upon a trigger i.e ignore , alarm etc5. You can have one to one discussion through your mobile app and camera6. The camera works in night too7. The camera angle is goodAlexa feature1. Alexa responds well2. The sound is good3. Smart bulbs etc also can be operated4. You can even activate alexa from your mobile app of qubo using calling featureOverall its a good product , u can say amazon echo plus + a cctv camera feature

I previously own alexa devices , had same expectations from this one too but its microphones are not good enough considering the price they should have given more sensitive or more no. Of microphones, alexa doesnt respond even if lil noise is there in room. Otherwise it is tooo good as a security camera can recoganise my face even from good distance.There are many pros like...good and capable AI system moderate sound system , but there are these cons :1) microphones are 50% less sensitive than echo alexa.2) screen is almost useless , very rare interaction you can do.3) touch buttons are not responsive enough.4) 30 seconds of max activity is recorded online once a motion or person is detected otherwise card can be installed.Final verdict very good as compared to other smart cameras ...but not good enough as compare to a smart screen alexa device combined with a smart camera considering price of this.

Stopped working after a while. Software is laggy and a mess. The company just made the product and expect you to pay subscription for a less than ideal product. Want a reliable working setup, go for products from apple, amazon or Google like echo. This is a shameful product.
