We use this for our church. People with hearing problems use them to hear the sermon better. Pretty easy to use if we can get people to stop changing the channel. My only issue is that, since the time stays on all the time, the batteries run down very quickly. We have to change them about every 3 weeks and they are only used for an hour or so one day a week.

More than enough for light use, like interpreting at a wedding or church, doing a driving tour for guests.These worked flawlessly for live interpretation. The Lock feature helps users not chang frequencies, and neck strap is actually useful. Clear transmission within 15 feet as long as there are no obstructions or competing frequencies.At first out of the box we were disappointed with the hiss and static even at close range, but eventually we figured out how to get clear sound:1) switch from stereo to mono; this made the most improvement and eliminated hiss2) search for open frequencies. The default is 107.5, and our area is saturated at the higher fm stations, so we researched our local fm interference and reset to the bottom ranges and found a space where nothing was competing4) make sure the venue isn’t also using fm for other mics. If so, find the band they use and avoid it.

Cheap and v bad reception even within closed range. Could be more honest listing.

We use it to translate in church and we love it. The sound is great! And it was so easy to make it work! The price is just fantastic because we have spent money on “expensive devices “ that last us less than a year. I’m very happy with my purchase

I translate but people complain the headphones bother their ears. They said with a wireless headset will be better!
