LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Raspberry Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count

my personal trainer recommended and gave me samples of LMNT. Even after dropping out of training I continue to have 1/2 to 1/3 of a packet most days. I will sometimes get cramps, sometimes quite severe, or simply jiggling in my arch or calf. That is to say I used to and until I started doing these.I tried the variety pack and raspberry and citrus were my two favorites. Of them raspberry is my most favorite.It's probably more expensive than competitors and they can be all kinds of choices about different nutritional profiles. I did try one competitor and while the flavor variety was interesting, it wasn't necessary and some of the cramps started coming back even though the other competitor brand had more ingredients. So I'm returning to just this for simplicity. I'll rotate between my two favorite flavors: that's good enough for me.Also, the stuff always dissolves super well. I only think of it because the competitor I tried did not. I also have never experienced an LMNT packet being hard because there was moisture intrusion in the processing of it.

Could not live without these during my second pregnancy! Easy to travel with and take to work (I’m a nurse). Dissolves easily and can be tasteless if you mix it in with some juice. Depending on your hydration status you will taste the salts. I love that there’s ZERO sugar and ZERO fake sugars. Purely minerals. Can’t recommend it enough! I’ve noticed if my legs are cramping I can drink a packet and my muscles relax!

Any time I get even a hint of a headache, I’ll add one of these into my water bottle. The taste is great, definitely saltier than other electrolyte supplements that I’ve tried, but I prefer LMNT to others. It dissolves super easy by just a few shakes in my water bottle and doesn’t leave a bunch at the bottom. My fav flavor is the raspberry salt, but I’ve tried the variety pack as well and love all the others too!!

Liked the convenience of these little packets. I got the unflavored one and just add a slice of fresh lemon or cucumber to my water. It does add the salt taste of course but not bad. I appreciate this brand as so many other electrolytes are based on sugar and other garbage ingredients.

LMNT has been a lifesaver during pregnancy and now while breastfeeding! It keeps me truly hydrated—way better than plain water—and helps prevent headaches and fatigue. I love that it’s sugar-free and filled with the right electrolytes. Plus, the flavors are delicious! I actually want to drink more water now. Highly recommend for any mama needing a hydration boost!

I got the Watermelon Salt. It tastes like flavored pool water. Not the super chlorinated pool water you may have accidentally drank but definitely chlorinated... but watermelon flavored. Idk. It's a weird taste. I won't be purchasing again. If you decide you want to try this and form your own opinion, I suggest filling your cup up with water and then adding the packet contents vs adding the packet contents then filling up your cup with water. It gets super bubbly if you do packet contents first.Upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars because although I don't like the taste of their product, they have amazing customer service.

My family and I love this product. We are constantly outside playing and working out. We give small amounts to my 2 year old he loves it. I love to mix the Raspberry flavor with half coconut water and half normal water. It’s a great little treat that also helps replenish all the minerals we need. Simple as throwing them in the diaper bag and going on with our day. Best no sugar and no dye drink on the market.

We first learned of LMNT through a couple of You Tube hikers we enjoy. I first purchased the sample pack and enjoyed all the flavors. I chose the Citrus as my favorite. I use this for work but most importantly used it for my 50 mile hike to the coast. Great flavor and kept me going. I would recommend this and will continue to purchase.
