I have been taking this vitamin for a decade now. I take 2 pills (400 IU) and every year I got a good level of vitamin D in my blood test. Do not forget to accompany it with vitamin K-2.

I started taking these vitamins a year or so ago and they are awesome. I like the way it makes me feel; a good balanced multi-vitamin. The vitamin gives me energy throughout the day and I typically take them every morning. I like that I only have to take one a day and they are not too expensive. I usually take them without food and feel just fine. This brand is awesome!

This product literally changed my life !!! I went to the doctor in 2023 to get an annual preventative check and later found out my vitamin D was super low ranging at 5 which is INSANE and overly deficient. Healthy vitamin D levels should be ranging between 30-40. After I found out I was deficient I’ve been taking this product ever since and my vitamin D is now at an outstanding 36 !!! My doctor was amazed.

It is unfair for anyone to review a supplement with out giving it at least three months to evaluate.I do know New Chapter Vitamins are excellent and have used them for years. They are first rateTheir calcium preparation have increased bone density in two people I suggested it to. They finally achieved and improved their bone density. (me too)Hopefully, this helps giving a huge thumbs up on purchasing from New Chapter.

I was introduced to New Chapter after I had a bad case of Lymes. I love these Vitamins..... I use the Bone Strength, D3, b12, and Daily......I feel so much better taking these.....they are better than anything I have ever taken as far as a vitamin goes

It can sometimes be difficult to compare supplements as the reported measurements can be IU, MG, or MCG. When my husband had his last physical, he was deficient in vitamin D3. So, he started taking another brand that was 1000I U (25 mcg). His most recent physical revealed that he was still deficient in vitamin D3.I have been taking this vitamin D3 supplement that is 2000 IU (50 mcg) and is also fermented. Granted the dosage is twice what my husband was taking, but, in my research, I found out that fermented supplements, such as this one, are more readily absorbed. I also appreciate that this D3 supplement is made from non-GMO whole foods rather that being made from synthetic or GMO ingredients. So far, my vitamin D3 is at a good level. It is also important to note the vitamin D3 helps with the absorption of calcium to build bones. By using this vitamin D3 in conjunction with my calcium supplement (also New Chapter), my bone density has increased with each test in the last 6 years. Not bad at 77 years of age!!Based on my experience, I would recommend this brand for a vitamin D3 supplement. My husband has decided to switch to this brand. I hope this review was helpful for you.
