This stuff is Taste! I read about Hibiscus tea in How Not to Age by Dr. Michael Greger, and I've been looking for tea to drink without sugar or sweetener. The flavor of this is tart, fruity, and satisfying. I expect some people may want to sweeten it, but I encourage you to try it a few times without and see if you may find yourself enjoying it without the sweet. It brews a beautiful deep red hue at the same temperature as green tea (~180 degrees) but can also be brewed with boiling water. I have been throwing one of these tea bags and a green tea bag in the same cup for a delicious blend full of antioxidants. Quite satisfying. And my new favorite beverage -- I can drink it all day long -- is this tea brewed hot, then chilled cold. It makes an amazing iced tea.

Nettle has so many health benefits and these tea bags make it easy to add it to my morning routine. I usually combine this with a green tea and something fruity (peach, blueberry, etc..) for a nice quart of tea in the morning. It has REALLY helped with my allergies this season and I definitely notice if I miss a couple of days because my itchy eyes and runny nose appear. Thankfully after a couple cups of this tea, those symptoms go away again. (Not all herbs work the same for everyone, but this does help me avoid over-the-counter allergy meds!)

There are many ginger teas on the market. Many taste like dishwater. These FBO teabags have good quality ginger among the tea.Leave the tea to steep for 5 min; use rollicking boiling water; & you'll get a tea that tastes of real ginger. One of these ginger tea bags should do the trick for a mug of tea. I use no milk. No sugar. No honey. For lunch each day, I drink a half pint of this hot ginger tea. It's a refreshing change from my breakfast coffee au lait.This FGO brand is high quality & much more consistent than others that we've tried We've been buying this tea for a couple of years. I’ve tried several teas from FGO and they’ve always impressed me with their quality and affordability. This turmeric ginger blend was something I’d been wanting to try for a while — and it’s exactly what I needed for a soothing, anti-inflammatory drink. Just add a little honey, and it turns into a warm, comforting elixir.That said, I did find the turmeric a bit overpowering in this particular batch — I would’ve preferred a more balanced ginger-to-turmeric ratio. It could just be this batch, though, since I’ve had great experiences with their other varieties.Still, it’s a high-quality, eco-conscious option at a great price point. I’ll definitely continue buying from this brand!

I've tried several brands of rooibos tea, and this one from FGO stands out. The flavor is noticeably smoother and richer — not bitter or earthy like some others I've had. Most importantly, it doesn't have that tobacco-like taste that sometimes sneaks into lower-quality rooibos. It doesn't taste like I picked up my grandmas Pepsi can full of old cigarettes. I drink it plain or with a bit of honey, and it's perfect either way. Great quality and value for the amount you get. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, naturally sweet rooibos tea.

I like this tea.. It says caffeine free, but when I had some late in the afternoon.. I didn't sleep well at all. So I just drink it in the morning with some honey instead. It is good iced as well.

Great herbal tea - no caffeine I believe. I love to drink this at night to relax. It has a slight vanilla flavor and is very comforting.

This tea tastes really good. It smells really good. I got it based on literally hundreds of Pinterest articles claiming this helps speed up delivery time. These articles also said how it speeds it up because it causes your uterus to contract-which is why many advise not to use this until 37 weeks pregnant. There were also conflicting articles saying you could safely start one cup a day as early as the second trimester. I brought this up to the NP I was seeing for my OB/GYM appointments and she hadn’t heard of it before but looked it up and said she saw no problem with me drinking it. I started drinking one cup a day at 35 weeks. At 37 weeks I started contracting. The following morning I was contracting HARD. So I followed the recipes for “labor day tea” which is basically a lot of tea bags steeped in about 32oz of water and you’re supposed to drink this throughout the course of your Labor Day. So I started the Labor Day tea at 7am since I had been contracting since the day before, by 8:30 my contractions were so strong and so close together we were told to go to the hospital. On the way there my contractions went from 3 minutes apart to one minute apart. By the time I was waiting in the ER to get taken to labor and delivery contractions were every 30 seconds, and they were STRONG. We got up to the room and I could not bear the pain. They immediately hooked me up to a monitor and saw that my contractions were literally on top of each other. The second one contraction stopped another immediately started. They couldn’t even get me checked in first, they called for anesthesia to come in and get my epidural in because the contractions were so fast-but I was only 5 cm dilated. They did not like how the contractions were moving along and they grew concerned. About 40 minutes after I arrived at the hospital my baby could not handle the consistent and strong contractions-I was having contractions that come when it’s time to push yet I was only 6cm dilated at this point- and baby’s heart rate started dropping drastically fast. Within 3 minutes of baby’s heart dropping they had the baby delivered via c-section but baby was in distress and needed intense medical intervention. Apparently baby’s heart had stopped on the way to the operating room. They attributed that to the strong constant contractions putting an immense amount of stress on my baby. NOWHERE did I read that this was a possibility. And I read A LOT about this. This is not my first child. I’ve been having babies a long time. Each delivery was complication-free. This was the first time I had ever drank raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy. Even the NP I was seeing said it was okay based on what she read about it. I really wish I had known that this was a possibility-if I did I never would have taken it. I never would have even considered it. Yes, there are lots of success stories with this, but mine was scary. If you’re considering this to speed up delivery, please proceed with caution because the risk is definitely not worth it.
