Reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen! These wonderful, simple towels are the best things to have. They are for working kitchens, for people who enjoy cooking and baking. You can have all the cutesy, designer kitchen towels you want, I'll take these hands down every time!The fabric is perfect, not too heavy and not too light. The flour sack towel I used tonight, drying my dishes as I don't have a dishwasher, absorbed the moisture really well. Some kitchen towels just kind of push the moisture around.I love to bake, especially bread. Tonight I baked a whole grain loaf, let it set to cool down, then wrapped it up in one of these flour sack towels. Absolute perfection when I unwrapped it and sliced it. Plastic containers and plastic bags will ruin a loaf of homemade bread, leaving the crust rubbery and the bottom soggy. I'll be wrapping my fresh homemade breads in these from now on! These are the real deal and I just can't say enough good things about them! It's back to basics for me!

I bought these because during these strange times paper towels are hard to come by and we always grabbed them to dry our hands on. I remembered my grandmother always having flour sack dish towels in her kitchen, so I did a search for them. These towels are excellent! Since they are 24" x 24" square, I cut them in half, hemmed the raw edges and now I have 24 towels! I hung them on an old fashioned three armed towel rack near the sink and now instead of grabbing paper towels we grab one of these. Since we're only drying clean hands on them we can use them several times before they need washing. I really love these towels and will continue to use them even when paper towels are once again on store shelves!

Sent them back immediately. Too thin. Could see right through them. Hoping for the the thick kind people embroidered on, or that grandmas use to put cookies or breads on… this was not what we were looking for.

we needed some lint free general kitchen towels, and these are fantastic. what else is there to say.

Not really cheesecloth but a lightweight, nicely-made towel.

I've ordered these before and they were great for embroidering for gifts. However, these were a LOT thinner than the previous ones, and I washed them twice in hot water and threw them in the dryer hoping they would "thicken" up by shrinking slightly. They did not. Disappointed but I kept them since I had already ripped the package open.

Terrible quality. I wanted to machine embroidery them for gifts but they were uneven and stretched on the bias. Terrible. I’ll keep with Mary’s Kitchen brand.
