SAFAVIEH Outdoor Collection Rocklin Natural/ Navy Cushions/ Light Blue Pillows 4-Piece Conversation Patio Set

Came well packaged so the minor damage that I found on various parts must have been due to manufacturing not shipping. Parts were well protected from each other but they used paper in between some parts that stuck to the wood and was difficult to remove. This is not teak but "teak colored" FYI. It is that tight-grained lightweight wood that seems to be used in a lot of products that come from China/Asia (I think Acacia?). Went together easily and seemed pretty solid. I have an ongoing complaint about products like this that there are no directions regarding torque and it is easy to strip the wood if you overtighten the screws. Pads are just on the edge of being too thin (I saw the back pads first which are very thin and thought YIKES!). I can't imagine this being outside furniture however. I suspect rain and sun will age this to yuckiness in less than a year. I am using it in a sun room and believe it will be fine. For the price I was satisfied.

Item shipped quickly, even arrived early! I was disappointed that my delivery instructions weren't followed AT ALL! Thankfully I have a 15 year old son to help me get it from the package room up to my second level apartment.Assembly was easy, took longer than it should but that's having a 15yr old help you! Lol. All the parts were there and everything lined up properly (when putting together properly 🤣Quality - I was pleasantly surprised considering such mixed reviews of the product across multiple site! BUT sad to say that there is some damage..seemed it was still sticky from being stained and wrapped too soon. The brown wrapping is stuck to quite a number of areas, some are hidden, but frustrating! I am booming it comes of with a damp cloth. I knew the cushions weren't super thick, but it will do for now!Excited to get my patio set up, yes even after summer.I'll add a picture when I can get a better view!Would totally buy it again!

The furniture we received was in good condition. Putting it together was easy enough. It is SMALL however. It would be good or an apartment patio/deck. I'm average size 5'7" 150# and it's comfortable enough for me but if you are looking for a more roomy or plush seating, this isn't it. Anyone heavier, closer to 200#, it wouldn't be as good of a choice, it cracks and creaks under a lot of weight and the people just look awkward sitting on it. It serves it's function I suppose. One of the chairs was off balance after putting it together. Reached out to customer service and it hasn’t been resolved yet

Had broken wood and when I complained they gave me 100 bucks to replace it or I would have to get it back to ship it was very disappointed

Welllll my husband didn't assemble the bench correctly, the back panel has a curve but can still be screwed to the arms and seat when flipped backward. The instructions don't precisely point out the orientation of the back peice during assembly, so if you aren't super observant you could assemble it wrong. Just pay attention to the company label, it has to be on the back of each seat and bench.. Once that was fixed the furniture is great and looks pretty sharp.

It’s cute and easy to assemble but one leg on one chair is 1/4in shorter than the other three so it’s unsteady and annoying. I contacted the manufacture to ask for a replacement part for that chair and they said that they don’t have the part to replace it. So I’m stuck with one unsteady chair.

Beautiful addition to my new porch. Pillows were and added value. Loved all of the color choices with this set.

I liked the set very much, but the back of one of the chairs arrived broken and customer service from the seller has not returned my email. I think I will have to send the whole set back to Amazon, unfortunately.
