I've been using this for about a week and I really like it. Instead of boiling water and steeping it for hot tea I cold steep it for several hours overnight in the fridge and drink it first thing the next morning. I drink it as is with no added sweetener and it's pretty good. It's mild and not bitter at all. That's impressive for me as I am the type who usually hates non sweet tea. I feel light and clear headed after drinking it. It's a bit soon to notice weight loss but the fact it makes my sensitive body feel better and not worse as so many other things do is a good sign.

It helps with cravings and bloated ness

Cute packaging and love the tea bags, flavor is very herbal but nothing to strong. I’ve only tried a few and feel great so far (no running to the potty 😆)

This particular tea did not work for me, I unfortunately experienced bloating and constipation after attempting to consume the tea for several days. Hopefully this tea will work for others.

Looks interesting and will to loose weight.
