I have been using it with electrolytes and taurine for my works out and i really like it. It gives me energy needed to train hard and be able to finish strong. I have tried the flavored ones but since the electrolytes are flavored it was too much so I am buying the unflavored one and it is perfect now.

I was looking for unflavored carb powder to mix with my BCAA's peri workout. I've been using Jacked factory supps for years. I came across this & thought it fit what I wanted to do. It mixes up easily but for me it doesn't stay mixed. Each time I drink I have to give it a quick shake which is not a big deal to me, but to some it might be. I can def tell the difference between this & the other carb powder I was taking. Will def continue to use this.

I use this to add carbs to protein shakes. It mixes well and doesn't really have a taste. It also doesn't spike my blood sugar.

I've been using axe and sledge demo day and granite supplements intra carbs. So I'm familiar with carb supplements. When ever I take this intra workout I'm almost positive I start to lose my pump, feel sluggish and bloated. Not sure what it is with it. I wont be buying this again.

Been eating Rice Krispies before I workout to get a good pump but at the same time I’m getting tired of it, then I came across from this product while browsing and this supplement is super under rated, tbh. I had been in ketosis for about 6 solid weeks and I wanted to transition to a targeted keto diet. Basically where I would consume carbs prior to my workout, but stay on a keto diet the rest of the day. This supplement has been amazing. Only downside is that it doesn't mix the greatest.

Good carb powder, doesn't mix the best though.
