I’m not one to exaggerate but oh my goodness! These actually seem to be working! As a woman who’s on the wrong side of 30, I have noticed that the texture and elasticity of my skin has been worsening in recent years. Peri-menopause showed up a year and a half ago and my skin completely changedI Had a really tough time dealing with it as I am only 42. My wife as she gets older has dry skin uses creams and these tabs, only been taking just over a month, and to honest it’s too early to notice any difference, most tabs can take up to months before any signs start to show. She will be still taking these in moths to come as they cannot do any harm.

Purchased this as a skin supplement mainly and within a short period of time I’ve noticed my skin is softer and hydrated in the mornings. I’m prone to breakouts with new skin products and thought I’d try it this way. As I’ve only had the supplement a week I can’t comment yet re nails and hair...but my hair doesn’t seem as oily! Great value and no aftertaste...I think I’ll be back!
