Worst Product
Battery life is ok but no bass at all. It can only be used for calling not for music. Music on this product feels like using road side 100/- product. If you music lover this is not you. I really didn't like it. No Google Assistant also. It's the worst product. Next day itself I sold it to my friend at half-price.

Guys don't buy this product. What they mentioned in description all are false except battery. Even the single star also wast . Microphone is not up to the mark while speaking a call the other side personal notable to audible my voice . These is my bad experience with this product.😡😠😡

Sound quality is not that good, it has high volume also when you minimise to last. I am not satisfied with it quality. Also I am facing difficulty in receiving call when connected with Bluetooth. Not worthy!!!

Very Sensitive product
Product is very sensitive. Thin wires which can easily damage.I bought this in end of Jan and 1 ear was not working from 1 month of purchase and after 2nd month both the ears are not working.Tried to contact with iball customer care service but there is no online service available, you need to find iball service center near you for repair which cannot possible for me. After all bad service from company, product quantity is bad.I don't recommend for buying this product as there are many good products ate available in market than this

Defective model, avoid it
Detective product without a refund policy. Initial product stopped working after 3 days. Asked for a refund but only replacement was available. The replacement only has a 10 day refund policy, but the replacement stopped working after 25 days. Now Amazon has washed off its hands and directed me to service center. The service center says that it can only replace the product again and it will take 1 month for replacement. Now sure how long the new one will work.
