I often struggle with a low mood and lack of energy in the winter months and was looking for a vitamin D supplement to improve my symptoms. After some research, I found that D3 doesn’t work to its full potential without K2, so I thankfully I found this which contains both ingredients. Calcium is an added bonus because I don’t eat dairy and I was struggling to get enough from my diet. If you work out the cost of buying each of these vitamins separately, this really is excellent value. I’ve only been taking them for a short period but I certainly feel more energised and in better spirits. So far so good and will buy again.

What I like about these is that it includes good amounts of D3 and K2 to help with the absortion of the Calcium. The pills are also easier to swallow than other far too large tablets: They are large but still can be swallowed with no problem for which I'm very grateful! The only reason for a 4 star is because I wouldn't know if these are working or not. I didn't have a recent blood test to compare for a before and after. But, I like the amounts in this supplement and feel I'm getting the best of both worlds: D3 as well as the Calcium I wanted. Until there's evidence from somewhere they are 'useless' and not genuine, I'll be ordering another.

I have never had any problems with swallowing tablets. It has never even been a point of consideration for me while buying any medicines. But it all changed with this bottle. I don't know if it's the size, thickness, the shape or a combination of all three; but these are the hardest to swallow tablets I have had till date. I have attached a picture with a pound coin for size reference. For that it gets overall 3 stars.Otherwise, it is good value for money. It also has vitamin d3 with k2 which I read is highly recommended. If you can get past the big tablets then do buy it. You need to take two tablets a day.

I bought this due to having low levels of vitamin D and found this to be the best blend of ingredients to increase my D3 and calcium intake. The added benefit of k2 means I no longer need to buy this separately and having all 3 vitamins in 1 is far more convenient than buying separately. I checked similar products before choosing this and found this to be the best value in terms of a generous dosage of each ingredient at the best price. No side affects so far and surprisingly easy to swallow. Highly recommended

I bought this item after all the good reviews on Amazon for me and my husband but after a few weeks of taking them, me and my husband joints started to hurt... I went online to see if I could get more info about the brand that produces this producy and could not find anything... I would advise anyone buying vitamins on Amazon to check if the company selling is reliable.... this brand a could not find anything..... after a week of stoping taking them my joints stop hurting .... also my husband stop having pain in his joins..... decide for yourself but beware

I’ve given up eating dairy due to intolerances and I struggle to get enough calcium from my diet. D3 and K2 absorb and utilise calcium in the body so this is the perfect supplement for what I need. I now have these as part of my daily morning routine and order regularly.

I bought these to protect myself as I have family history of osteoporosis. This was the best supplement I could find that contained all the ingredients I need at the highest strength. Excellent product

Easy to swallow tablet, full of goodness. A little too early to report on effects but I am sure they will be positive ones!
