Camera great accessories less so
The Mevo Start 8s a great camera and makes streaming easy however the sd card and case leave a little to be desired. The sd card is plenty fast enough but 32GB is too small for a whole Little League game at 1080p. Also the case is hard and has a great zipper but it feels a little small. The camera doesn't sit down in the protection. You have to flex the case to get it to fit right. Also it would be nice if the case was bug enough to also fit the USB cable that is included with the camera.

Want to love it
The camera itself is good if you wire it to a computer, or stream directly to vimeo or rtmp. However, the most obvious need I have is to use the camera as a Zoom feeder using only an iphone connection. This is not possible. You need a laptop connected to Zoom, connect wireless to the Mevo as a webcam with a software that is in beta and that disconnects a lot (or wired to the laptop), and then control the camera from the phone so that you can focus the action. Everything should be cleaner.And in my experience we get a lot of disconnections.

When on a low budget and needing to record video for teaching or live streaming... with a small learning curve invested... this MEVO Start is extremely helpful! Great product!
