It fit and fired our 1993 TRX300FW
Our 1993 TRX300FW suffered from the aged CDI developing microcracks in the electronic potting and it quit working. This unit fired her right up. NOTE: Had to replace the mounting rubber too due to age hardening.

Fixed 1988 trx300
These are known to fail in these old atv. To test yours just take it off and bake it in the oven. Then reinstall and the atv will likely run. It will fail again eventually but at least you will know that the cdi is the problem.
