Our cats loved this to death. Just ordered a new one after buying this 3 years ago. This is perfect for all size cats. I would suggest adding a brace attached to the wall for the right side, it's too wobbly without it.

It takes a bit of time to assemble this thing, but it is a rather large condo. We have two male siblings that will hang out in it. They utilize the houses and the hammocks, as well as the platforms. They really took to it in no time at all.But there was a broken piece (a side of a ladder) that showed it's rather heavy in the packaging and can be damaged without any external packaging indications of abuse. However the cats don't seem to miss the ladder (and if it was there, they'd use it) so I really don't see anything to fret about. Just know that you need to really make sure every piece is as intended. We are glad we bought it.

This is one of the largest and coolest cat tress I've ever had. My only complaint is the stability of each piece. It's easily fixed by attaching a bracket to the wall.The materials are pretty cheap, but given how much you're getting for the price, its reasonable.Assembly took me about an hour solo. It's very very helpful to lay out all the parts in order as per the instructions.

Cat loves it. The ropes that hang were missing though (item D in instructions) other than that it is great.
