It is really good quality came with hair charms and headband I would say size up is not necessary (for me at least) was a little big but otherwise cute!

Good quality (you will likely get the next size up and that's ok)
I ordered this for a joke cosplay but it's actually pretty cute! You definitely want a petticoat to go under it to give it the fluffy look like the model photos, but it's very accurate to the photos (I did forget to put the bows on for the photo but I did get them). I ordered the M but the tags say L (as mentioned in the seller item description) and the fit was pretty good -- a little big but I was being extra cautious since the fabric doesn't stretch and I was between sizes (I usually wear size US S and am 35 bust - 27 waist). Honestly, this was worth the money, and I'm looking forward to getting to goof around in this more.

the main dress bit
as i reived it i tryed to put it on but my arms did not fit in the sleeves but all the other bits are fine
