Sturdy and fun!
Great quality. I love the extra support tabs. Look at the instruction images carefully. The written instructions are brief. If you assemble the cubes with the flaps not tucked in correctly, you’ll need to backtrack. Which is somehow fine for the structure, it’s just tedious. My cats love it! And it was fun to put together despite my mistake that I had to fix.

The cardboard cat cave is kitty approved!
As the title says! My sweet girl adores her new hideout/playground and has made it into an obstacle course for herself. It's sturdy cardboard formed into cubes with peepholes and scratching pads on the bottom. Finally a solution to your cat wanting to play with the box it came in and not the toy you bought. It's not the most straight forward thing to put together, but all fits smooth when you get the hang of it.Pros:°Sturdy°Appeals to the innate cat need to "sits where they fits"°Compact, but larger on the insideCons:°Instructions aren't as clear as they could be. The pictures of the instructions in the product description is what you get°Larger cats may not have enough room to fully enjoy it. (My girl is about 8 pounds for reference.Tips for easier assembly (My partner and I put it together in about 30 minutes) :°Get all your pieces ready first. Punch out all the little bits (just popped them in the box it came in to reduce mess)°Fold all the creases. The flaps on the cube will fold to the inside and connect with the tabs. Keep in mind the final product is a cube, so if any bits are sticking out be sure to fold them in.°There are two different kinds of connector pieces, the ones without a fold in the middle are for joining the upper and lower cubes. The ones with the folds are for the corners and joints.°Before attaching the top and bottom cubes, decide the configuration you want. There are only a few sides that have the holes for connecting the bridges.°Be patient, and have your cat nearby during assembly. They make the process far more entertaining.

Overpriced Cardboard that Separates too Easily
Disappointed in the quality of the cardboard. The cardboard layers pull apart which causes the layers to rip.

Cute in theory, falls apart when used
Cute in theory. Box parts are fine. The bridges would only support a small kitten. The first time my cats used it, it broke apart. The black connections between the bridges and boxes fail immediately. The small cardboard attachments work pretty well but there aren’t enough supplied to fully “lock” the pieces together. It took me three hours to put it together and only three seconds for it to fall apart.

Rabbit LOVES this
The media could not be loaded. The instructions for this weren’t great, I ended up just winging it & came up with my own configuration since I thought my rabbit would enjoy it as a single story “run” more than the two level bridge. I was right, and he LOVES this thing! I connected some of his other tubes and hide outs as well to turn it into a sort of maze and he geeked out when it was all together. The thicker cardboard inserts are perfect for him to dig on. I only wish it came with four of them instead of just the twoIt’s cardboard, so quality wise it is what it is. The securing pins are neat & it is very sturdy once put together. As a rabbit, he will obviously chew this & I don’t anticipate it to last that long but for 30 something bucks to see how happy this made my little FloOfer was well worth it!*** 9 month update ***My bunny destroyed this, as I knew he would, but it lasted a good amount of time and most importantly it made him happy & kept him busy & out of trouble. However, as it seems he is getting bored (ate my WiFi) I decided to get rid of the old chewed up one & buy this again, but make it bigger. So I got two! He is thrilled & has been spending most of his time in it since erected, mission accomplished.

Missing Parts
Beware of missing parts. Security pins were missing and unfortunately discovered after tightly packed cardboard was removed from packaging. No way to repackage, luckily got a refund. Otherwise seems to be good quality.

Ratings are on erroneous subjects.
I feel like this item may be getting low reviews because the rating questionnaire is asking the wrong questions. My cat loves this! She spends a lot of time in it. She's an average size cat and it looks a little small for her, but she absolutely loves crawling around in it and lays in it much of the day. Was it easy to assemble? It was a small challenge to assemble, but it's not a Rubiks cube or anything. Is it sturdy? My cat hasn't destroyed it. She loves chewing on it and its held up for about 2 months so far. Warmth? Its cardboard. If you want it warmer, put a sherpa in it. Cats love sherpa. Considering that it is cardboard, it actually looks kind of stylish in my home. Certainly not as tacky as a cat condo. It's easier to clean than something with carpet on it. I just vacuum it out with the hose attachment. When this does eventually wear out, I'm going to buy another one. Maybe I'll buy two and put them together. I think she will love it twice as much! This is a great idea for a cat's birthday or Christmas present. This is just a genius product!
