Great variety of exercises and they make it so easy to change up my routine. Happy with this purchase 👍

Other cards I have seen include blanks, are one sided, are not laminated etc. Not these - whoever dreamt them up put some real thought into them - each exercise has tips on the back, there are routines for which part of the body you would like to concentrate on or you can make up your own. I use them every day in conjunction with a simple interval timer on my phone, I set a rest period of 20 seconds between each set of reps, just in time to turn the card to the next exercise. I find them even simpler than a wall chart, and if you get bored with the same thing every day simply look for and insert a new card, or shuffle them up. Its a pity they have gone out of stock as if I had known how good they are I would have bought both volumes of the dumbell training set. Hopefully once a certain situation eases we will see new supplies in the UK.
