This is a wonderful cleanser! I wear full makeup (base, blush etc) and this cleanser removes it all quickly and gently. I use a separate cleanser to remove mascara. It has a little spatula to scoop a small amount out of the jar. You can either add warm water and apply or apply the cleanser to your face and then add water, using circular movements. I then use a soft warm washcloth to remove everything. If you don't like the feel of a waxy cleanser, you may not like this one. I love the way it quickly softens and removes all my makeup. My mature skin is left soft and clean. A little goes a long way, don't over scoop. I recommend it highly and will reorder again. Hope this is helpful.

Love it! You don’t need much…comes with a cute little spatula to scoop it out. Takes off everything…sunscreen, waterproof makeup etc. Add a little water after you massage it in for a minute or two and it emulsifies a bit and rinses leaving skin moisturized and ready for 2nd cleanse. Takes off heroine make waterproof mascara, which is impressive. And smells like lemon pledge…which I like 😂

Melts away all of my makeup, including waterproof mascara. It works just as good as Clinique's take the day off at a much lower price and also comes with a small scoop!

Amazing product. It’s so smooth to the touch, lightly scented, easily removed makeup and leaves the skin feeling clean. So far so good and glad I was recommended.

Smells nice and works well. Face is very soft after using. Good value. But I haven’t found any balm so far that feels like Farmacy Green Clean but it cost more and is smaller size.

I love this product, my skin is oily and sensitive and it hasn't irritated me. I use waterproof and long-lasting makeup and this product melts it easily, it works better than the high-end ones, you only take up very little amount so it yields a lot, it does not produce acne or comedones, it does not leave a greasy feeling.
