i’ve finally realized that having too many calendars & notebook/journals is not an issue for my spouse, the more the merrier and every single one is used🤷🏼‍♀️

Just recently discovered these notebooks. I love the smooth cream paper. Holds ink well. Extra space for drawings & illustrations, notes. Strong cover. Great size.

Started purchasing after my daughter died. I like all the little details and dated pages. Only improvement would be if available in quadrille paper.

I like binded notebooks. I have the larger cloth covered notebook from design works. I thought this was the same style, but I was wrong. Not very sturdy and too long vertically.

Here’s what I love about this notebook: everything about the look and format. It’s not leather, it’s not cutesy or pastel, it’s exactly the size I wanted, and I like the way the pages are laid out. The actual construction is sturdy and neat.Here’s what doesn’t work for me: the paper can really only handle ballpoint ink or pencil well. With gel ink and fountain pen ink, there is considerable showthrough/ghosting and a fair amount of bleedthrough. Writing on both sides of the page makes both sides look messy and hard to read. Since it’s a fairly slim notebook, using it single-sided doesn’t give you many pages.If ballpoint pens are your thing, lucky you! This may be your perfect notebook. If not, I’m very sad to say you’ll probably need to keep looking. I’m really bummed because this notebook is exactly what I’ve been looking for, apart from the paper quality. If the paper worked with other inks, I would have purchased many more and felt the price was very fair.

I bought this for my wife as she really likes some of the Designwork Ink bound notebooks she has, but this one is much lower quality, the cover feels like cheap cardboard and reminds me of a composition notebook. The size of the notebook is also very odd. We returned it.
