The laptop arrived earlier than expected which is good. But it seemed unboxed already and the protective bag was a major attraction but it was missing in the box. the seal looked tampered with. I have high expectations for things that are supposed to be new especially those packed in boxes but I'm disappointed. One USB connector is also missing. I've watched unboxing videos of this product but mine falls short😞

The Protective case was not provided in the sealed box. This is my 2nd Asus and on the first occasion, it was provided. Not sure why this was so. The case was a major attraction.

A great ultrabook at a good price. We bought it as part of an Amazon Warehouse deal - it looked (and still convinced it is) brand new!No touch screen but the portability and makes up for it. Good screen quality.

It worked out of the box; it didn't come loaded with cr@pware so it did not need rebuilding. I use it plugged into 2x external hdmi displays & other peripherals through a hub (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08HK3V4RH) which works great with a single thunderbolt cable powering the laptop and driving everything else -- I've very happy with that.I don't use the screen/keyboard/touchpad on the laptop itself most of the time, but it all seems pretty solid.After 1 month I would happily recommend this laptop to a friend.

I got this for a work-from-home laptop. Was looking for something small and very light weight for when I sometimes travel. It was definitely smaller than i had expected. I added some photos with the Asus laptop next to my 13.3 in Macbook air and 11 in iPad Pro. I expected it to be the same size as my Macbook but was surprised when it turned out to be smaller in length and width.I’m an accountant so I use mainly Microsoft teams app, One Drive, some basic internet browsing/emailing, Excel/Word/PPT, occasional virtual meetings, and some accounting software. Haven’t experienced any major problems though i’ve only had this laptop for a little over a week. The battery life is okay — not the best. I could probably work a full 8 hour shift and at the end of the day, it’ll be at about 30% ish battery. I keep it plugged in mostly so I don’t really have any complaints with its battery life. There were about 2-3 instances when i had a lot of apps open and when trying to open a file, the computer glitched (the screen turned black) for a millisecond..I also use this laptop to play LOL and haven’t experienced any issues at all! I just love how beautiful the color is and how lightweight it is. I don’t use the number keypad too often as i find it not as comfortable though it is a nice additional feature!One thing i dont like is that there is only one USB port. Which means i can either charge my phone with my laptop or connect my wireless mouse with the USB port - but can’t do both. :( also there is no headphone jack but it did come with a USB C adapter for headphones.Lastly— i looked on the Asus website and i believe this laptop was supposed to come with a sleeve but mine did not. It came with a charger (USB C Charger) and a USB C to headphone jack adapter.

My goal when looking for my most recent laptop was to purchase something with the most power in the smallest size and at the lowest cost. I intended to, as shown, take my laptop to and from work to plug in at work using multiple monitors and use at home (and travel) as a small portable laptop. And honestly, I couldn't be happier with this notebook. I got the i7, 1TB, 16gb version.So for in my first week of use the laptop has handled the 3 monitors with ease and still has lightning quick loading times between loading new web pages and switching between applications. I often have multiple programs going on the different screens and you wouldn't even notice it; there's no noticeable speed different with the laptop. It's honestly super impressive that the specs of this laptop fit in the size of this laptop. When folded shut, it's no bigger than my ipad with a case on.As for the negative section of this review, I wish the laptop was a touch screen. The fan noise when you're really pushing it running programs is noticeable but not too loud IMO. And as others have noted on these reviews -- on a totally black screen (usually I only notice on bootup) there is a bit of backlight bleeding. I only see a tiny spot a the top and bottom. But really, not a huge deal for me. Totally unnoticeable under most conditions. And lastly, I wish it had a headphone jack built in. They do provide the adapter but it seems like they could have provided that instead of the SD card reader. No biggie for me as the little docking adapter I use to connect multiple monitors has one built in so I just use that most of the time.Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this laptop to you if you're looking for a compact portable laptop that has great specs in a small package for a reasonable price.

I love this laptop for value, speed, size, sleekness, colour and value. It fits the bill perfectly for my needs. Amazon.com.au were awesome to deal with.
