A must have book for men

This is a book that is far more of historical text for self help than a book that can be actively used to help oneself. Not to say that the book cannot help anyone, god no; its very well written and conveys very simple points that can help someone order their psyche, atleast somewhat.As for the book as a piece of physical material, its a bit bloated, with text being oversized to make the book longer than it actually is. What would've been 20-30 page book to a publishing house like Dover Thrift or Penguin Classics is 90 pages, showing how bloated the work has been made. Though it does fill the shelf more, I guess.

This book is biblical in nature and with rooted understanding for every engaging reader
