Hard at first, but does a great job.
I love this plasticine. I was looking for one that I remember from my old school days back in the 70's, and this one fits the bill. It is brick hard at first, but after kneading, it goes nice and soft. I used it to make models and then layer papier mache over them to make objects. I thought the papiermache paste might ruin the plasticine, but it didn't. I can use it over and over again. It doesn't dry out, even if I don't leave it in a container. I only wish it was a bit softer, but otherwise, I'm extemely happy with it!

Bought for mold making - didn't want air drying
Bought for mold making - didn't want air drying. Oil based so doesn't dry out (although if its like Plasticene I would expect it to become brittle over time). Quite happy with it for now.
