Training for a full marathon. I kept getting pain on the top of my feet. A friend told me about these and I added them to my Brooks adrenaline GTS and finished the race without any foot pain. I will buy these again for sure. A bit pricey but worth it.

Functional quality fit good arch support for foot health a comfort

I’m a marathon runner and have always loved the idea of Altras for their wide toe box—my toes can finally spread out the way they want to. But the zero drop and total lack of arch support were flaring up my low arch pain, especially on longer runs. I was getting that nagging ache along the inside of my foot and thought I might have to ditch the shoes altogether.Enter Superfeet’s low arch insoles—absolute game-changer. Now I feel supported, stable, and comfortable while still getting the natural toe splay that drew me to Altras in the first place. If you’re a runner with low arches trying to make Altras work, these insoles are 100% worth it.

Works very well but you need to reoplace yearly

I use these every day and they help me with my arch support because I was born flat footed I can walk much easier and they relieve a lot of of my foot pain

Do you really need $50 insoles?? Well, they're worth it to me. I find most shoes very difficult to fit into between my higher arches, a compressed nerve and slightly wider foot. I put these in almost all my shoes and use them for pickleball where they truly get abused, and they hold up very well. For my normal around-town shoes, they'll last even longer. I just find that the cushion, arch shape and surface fabric all combine to make a great insole. I have yet to find anything more comfortable than these, where I don't notice the insole at all. Many others draw my attention in some way with the arch pressing my foot in the wrong spot or the fabric slipping around or some other issue that can be distracting - especially while trying to play a sport. These just feel good and improve almost any shoe I've tried them in. I'm a fan.

I was extremely bummed given all of the rave reviews of these that they didn't work for me at all and caused discomfort. I have low arches and these protruded way too much. They caused pressure at a different point in my arch that I have not experienced with other low arch insoles. The cushioning is no different than much less expensive insoles and these just didn't seem to line up properly even though I cut them correctly and matched perfectly to my shoe. I still give these 3 stars because they do feel like a quality product and they might work wonders for the right person.
