These are excellent.
I run marathons and started wearing these regularly to improve leg strength. They've worked wonderfully and are comfortable. I highly recommend them!

You need to be clear about how you're hoping to use these.
I think for exercising, weight training and walking these are great. I wanted to run with them and for short distances say 1-3 miles max they should be OK. Further than that, and they badly loose their shape and become very uncomfortable.For the manufacturer: there's not enough stitching panels to keep the weight material in place and so the weight material quickly bulges around the ankles.The wrist ones are brilliant for any distance, although sweat might be an issue over time.
