No side effects, easy absorption
Easy to take, no constipation for the first time ever with iron supplements. This is why my compliance with taking daily iron pills failed and I stayed in an anemic state and always tired with just no energy. Vitamin C is also in this tablet to aid in iron absorption. Zero complaints. Will continue to reorder and use

The best!
These iron pills are amazing. They don’t upset my stomach and they work fast with providing energy. I noticed an increase in energy within the first day that I took it, and improvement with other health issues in about 2.5 to 3 weeks of taking this and I wasn’t even being super consistent (probably missed 4 days). You get a lot for the price.

Iron Pills are Working
I started taking iron supplements because my ferritin level low at 14. After a month of consistently taking them daily, I just got my bloodwork back and it’s up to 16. Slow progress, but definitely proof that they do work!
