Made well and it is a great item in the kitchen to drain fat off from bone broth or soup broth… Works wonderfully!!!

This is an absolute necessity for our Thanksgiving gravy. No more greasy mess. However, do not pour HOT dripping into this, the plastic will crack and what a mess that is.

This fat separator performs its intended function very well. Simple to use, well made, and easy to clean. The moderate price of the item is an added bonus. The manufacturer did a good job on this one.

I know what four cups means, but it didn't translate to how large this is. That being said, it's worth every smidge of extra storage space - the strainer on top was so effective and helpful, and being able to drain from the bottom - brilliant. AND, my biggest fear never came to pass - it does not drip, even after you let out the contents and seal it back up. Excellent.

I am so glad I ordered this product.I use it for bone broth and it helps keep the fat content low.This also helps transfer liquids into jars or other containers with little mess.Great value, well made and sturdy. Thick plastic. It will probably crack if dropped on tile.The holes allow for good flow and straining of larger particles but I add two layers of cheese close to keep my liquid clear.The capacity is perfect. Not to much that it s heavy to hold but big enough not to waist time refilling.

I bought this because every year for Thanksgiving I make gravy with the Turkey drippings and it's always a bit too greasy. This one worked great and I even separated the fat to use for griddle cooking. It did a fantastic job of separating the fat from juice and I was able to dispense clean juice into my roux for thick gravy.
