HDFURY ARCANA is a small expensive device to convert DOLBY DIGITAL to DOLBY DIGITAL 5.1 plus and DOLBY ATMOS. It is indeed a marvelous device. The one set back is it has only one input thus restricting the devices that you can attach at a time. That deficiency is taken care by the OREO 4 in and 1 out 4K HDMI splitter.I attached one TATA binge, and SONY DVD player to the inputs of the splitter. The output is linked to input of HD ARCANA. Signals are transmitted perfectly with dolby 5.1 plus to SONOS Arc sound bar. My LG TV is not compatible to DOLBY ATMOS. Hence I cannot comment on the splitter ability to transmit ATMOS. However I expect it will if compatible TV is available. Excellent sound. Easy to install and power adapter is provided. The input that is being used lights up. Inputs can be selected by a remote or manually by a button on the device. i did not check the remote. Default connection is "1". You need to select if another input is to be used. Very light and even after 4 hours of use it will not get warm. The biggest advantage is it is compatible with HDFURY ARCANA. I also liked the placement of input one which is away from the other inputs.Similar devices are available on AMAZON USA site for $40. Even after the 5% discount the price is on higher side, this is an important con. So it is not a good value for money. I still gave 5 stars because of its performance and ability to pass through 4k. Ensure you use only 4k@60Hz 18 gbps compatible HDMI cables. I am very happy with the AMAZON basics cables.

The product was delivered 2 days ago. No issues with streaming. But often it does not switch between different source through the remote or from the button on it. It needs frequent restarts. Any possibility of replacement?

I'm running this with a Nintendo Switch, a Sony blu-ray player, and an XBox 360 and all are working perfectly!

I only have 2 HDMI outputs on my projector and I needed more to add my soundbar, fire stick and Roku Ultra. The HDMI switches I own had no ARC, so I couldn't get my soundbar to work with my streaming devices. My Roku streambar wouldn't controlthe volume on my projector or Fire stick so I ended up buying a Sofabaton X1 which allowed me to control my soundbar on my Fire stick and built in Google tv but it has a noticeable delay when adjusting volume,play pause,etc on my Roku Ultra and Ipreferred using my Roku remote.With the OREI switch I connected soundbar to ARC on switch and I could control the sound again on my Roku and there was no delay like I had when I use Sofabaton which I still use to control Fire stick and Google tv. The only thing you need to be aware of is there is about a minute delay for volume control to work when 1st turning on TV or switching inputs but after that no further issues. I'm just glad to be able to use my Roku remote again!The OREI has a large button on top for switching inputs easily or a small remote that works fine if you're further away from it.I've had it a few weeks and it works great. What surprised me is when doing a search looking for the best switches there were only reviews ofSwitches with no ARC control and none even mentioneding the OREI.I'm sure there must be a lot of people who have soundbars also,that this would be perfect for.I found the OREI by doing a search on Amazon for switches with ARC and theirs had the most compatibility with all my devices at a reasonable price. So I highly recommend this for anyone that needs ARC control, as far as I'm concerned this should be at the top of the list for best switch reviews ARC or not!

Curiosly the device has "headphone" jacks for everything except analog audio (optical out, serial i/o, and IR in). I've never seen a headphone audio jack that was ONLY optical, usually it's a combo jack.The good news is that the ARC extractor works as expected. Use the toggle switch on the front (or the remote) to enable or disable it. Bravo.Unfortunately I was hoping the unit 'cleaned up' or reconstructed the optical signal, but it doesn't appear to, it just "extracts". I bought this trying to work around an issue with the Topping MX5 DAC+AMP and my LG TV, but alas with no cleaning or no analog out, I'm back to square one.
