Easy to use
These are much easier to use and cheaper if you don’t have the tools to be able to buy and install real molding but it’s pretty hard to stick this on the wall in a straight line. Highly recommend using some sort of laser measuring tool. We installed these months ago and they’ve held up. Quality is great and looks real. Easy to cut with scissors too.

Really Dressed Up My Mirror
The bathroom mirrors in our house are the older, larger type. Rather than go through the time and expense in replacing them, we chose to use the trim molding. They turned out great! Not too difficult to cut and went on the mirror easy. Getting compliments on how great the mirrors look!

Great idea not a great look
This was a great idea, but does not look pleasing when trying to upgrade

Even with a miter, it’s hard to cut at correct angle.
I like the look of the molding on bathroom mirror; adhesion was great, but cutting matching pieces at the correct angle in the corners was hard -even with the miter I purchased.

Easy picture frame molding!
This project still has a ways to go, but I’m impressed with this stuff! Easy to cut with miter shears, sticks well. I went to adjust a piece as soon as I had stuck it and it did pull my paint off so be as accurate as possible. I’m going to be painting over it so I can update once that happens. Overall great for DIY project so far.

Shiny
I couldn’t find information on the finish for this, but just wanted to share some feedback, incase someone else was looking into the product. The product has a very shiny finish, which is fine if using in a bathroom. However, framing pictures or accent walls, not a fan of how shiny it is. Just a heads up for those looking for more of a matte finish!
