Q: Can I put 7 thin wires from led lights into one connector for negative and one connector for positive?

Positive and negative should not be touching so you will need two connectors I have used on multi strand speaker cable so multiple wires should in theory be ok

Q: Can these be used to extend speaker cables

Well - yes in general but...... Speakers cables are very thin - and there are smaller connectors for them . These will do the job but they will be seen and that just looks bad. If your cables are hidden from human eye then go for it you dont even need isolation tape. If your cables run in conduit check if connectors will fit into trunking first.

Can be difficult to feed into hole if to many connectors . Need a larger hole.

Really easy to use. Although sometimes a little large if you have to connect more then one wire. Great bit of equipment beats connectors.
