The media could not be loaded. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent camera purchase from your company. This is the second consecutive time I have had to return a camera due to multiple issues, and I am truly frustrated with the product quality and the seller’s lack of attention to detail.My previous order was returned because the camera was outdated, and the lens was malfunctioning. Now, with my latest purchase, I am facing even more problems. The camera arrived without the necessary adaptor, the box is damaged, and there are noticeable marks on the camera body. Additionally, the wifi receiver is also damaged, rendering it practically useless.As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, my experiences with your company have been far from satisfactory. I have decided not to contact the seller anymore, as I have lost confidence in their ability to provide a reliable product.To rectify this situation, I plan to purchase the camera from a different seller who can hopefully meet my expectations. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality control and customer service processes.
