We've been using 2 of these a few weeks now (2 dogs each weighing between 50-60 lbs). These are well-made, real quality, and I am very happy with the purchase and the value. I had hoped that, being as heavy gauge as these are, there would be no real likelihood of kinking when the two dogs are out together (lighter-weight tie-outs have kinked miserably so tangling gets worse and worse over time). Alas, that's only partly true (some bending of the wire core remains after a fair amount of twisting together), but I blame the two dogs, not the tie-outs. I prefer this type of snap mechanism to the spring-loaded slide ones because there's no little knob to catch and inadvertently open. So long as the hidden spring mechanism stays intact, these should last a good l o n g time even with two energetic dogs who are nearly always out together.

We have only used this a few times, but our chew-master puppy hasnt been able to damage it and she hasn't gotten tangled, either. The clasps seem very sturdy.

Seems to do the job quite well so far. Well made. Sturdy yet not massive. Dog comfortable with it.Although a usa company is selling it, can't say where it was manufactured as it doesn't say on the packaging.

Works fine, but the rubber protectors are weak and were chewed off in no time by my puppy.

Perfect length (25') for my camping trip. This cable was a good size for my 50lb dog, too. It was exactly what I needed and better than I hoped for.
