My fav case I’ve ever owned. Looks extremely clean and Feels sturdy like it will protect the phone if dropped. Love the belt clip and phone stand capability. Protects camera well. I don’t have a single complaint. Just gotta see how it holds up when I drop the phone.It was a lil hard to get phone into case and if using a screen protector it might be tricky to remove air bubbles underneath protector with case but you’ll eventually figure that out. I had to lift phone out bottom of case and use a notecard to slip under protector and release air. That was the only slight problem I had but that’s more to do with screen protectors and not the case itself.I would buy this case again and recommend it to friends and family easily

I had their previous model before they changed how the cell phone clasp locked the phone in. I had two clasps break and tried to get them replaced on their life time warranty. They wouldn't replace it without providing them with lots of paper work that most people don't keep or can't find when the item breaks. I use this case on lots of different sizes of belts, including my law enforcement duty belt so it takes some use. When this case arrived for my new iPhone, I noticed they had changed the design of the clasp so it was not just plastic that was flexing and would eventually break. This time it is a hinge type system that should hold up a lot better. This one also has a better belt clasp that holds it to my duty better and doesn't try to fall off my belt everytime I get out of my patrol car.

I had a great experience with Vena case for iPhone 12 which lasted more than 3 years. Based on that positive experience, I did not hesitate to buy a Vena case when I upgraded my phone to iPhone 14 Pro. At first glance, this case's material looked flimsy compared to previous version but seemed to be sturdy (no major complaints there). However, when it comes to the holster, it is a different story. They redesigned it from iPhone 12, which I felt flimsy from day one. It lasted approximately 3 months of light use (please see the attached photo) and broke. Hence I was forced to buy another one to just replace holster, which is a total waste of my money. It is safe to say that I am very disappointed with this case.Updated - The customer service team reached out to me proactively and replaced holster for free. Revising review grade from 1 star to 4 stars.

It’s a pretty cheap phone case. In the past two months, I’ve bought two of these just for the belly clip alone because practically every couple weeks, when I walk through a doorway, it catches on something and snaps off. And the so-called warranty is non existent. The first time the belly clip snapped off, I tried to activate the warranty that I previously registered. To this day, the company still hasn’t even gotten back to me. So, I chose to buy a whole new case JUST so that I could have a belly clip. If the company offered a cheaper option to buy just the belt clip alone for times when the crappy belt clip fails, it wouldn’t be so bad, but spending $35 on a belly clip is ridiculous. I’ll just give up on ever using a belt clip and buy a better quality phone case until this company decides to produce quality. It’s frustrating and infuriating.

The case seemed fine, but the side clip release is awful. I wear my phone vertically, so I’d either have to turn it sideways to take it out every time, or contort my hands in ways they aren’t made to contort to get the phone out of the clip. Nope. Thank goodness for a good return policy. That said, if you wear your phone horizontally, this might be a good case for you.

Case looks nice and functions fine. The holster is cheap and weak. I have broken the clips off 2 holsters since October. (4 months). Will not purchase this brand in future

Belt clip is thick enough and designed with little bumps to prevent inadvertent slipping over the belt...so many other 'holsters' slip off my belt and tumble to ground cause the belt clip is thin and seems designed for a thin ladies belt...not a typical thicker men's belt. The latch keeping the phone in the holster is also much better than the 'bend-a-metrics' type of bending hook found on many holsters - they seem to either fatigue break after a few months or get caught on your coat...only to cause the whole phone and holster to go tumbling (with me swearing).

Better than the more expensive competitor. The holster holds the case well. Highly recommend.
