As long as they require the same temperature to cook. There shouldn't be an issue

To be honest any brownie recipe will do. BBC good food usually have good ones. I’ve made countless other recipes from this website

No but all you have to do is use a flat knives and put in middle of Brownies. If it comes out clean they are ready. I make chocolate and walnut Brownies and they are ready in 20mins. So easy I don't know why I didn't buy one sooner. Saves lot of washing up too. Buy one they're great. I have also bought a mini doughnut maker and cupcake maker. Well worth the money.

Hi, yes I don't see why not. You can just keep an eye on them, if you open it and they're not done, just cook some more etc. It's very easy to use and clean
