Underwhelming meringue powder.
I was a little disappointed. It took ages for it to whisk up to the desired thickness, and it needed more powder adding to the amount of water stated. Not very economical.I like Wilton products, and this is the first item made by them that I've been disappointed with.

Please replace your photo to the 113g, please.Got stung when I mistakenly ordered, thinking it was the 8 oz one. Partly my fault for not reading the print properly, but nonetheless, the visual is important.It is pretty misleading, and for its price, I would have paid a little more and gotten the 8 oz one.Thank you.
