Was very surprised at the quality of this bed, for the price was very good instructions are easy to follow too, took me about a hour to assembled on my own.

Really impressed! Delivered promptly, great value, and very sturdy without being cumbersome. It's a two person job putting it together but finished product is great. Would definitely recommend!

Good looking bunk bed overall. A few paint issues probably from transporting and delivery. Very bad instructions. A lot of times had to figure out what was what as illustrations were just too similar and there were no numbers on most pieces. Some fittings didn't quite match so was a bit of a struggle to make everything fit, so safe to say it's a battle to assemble. Apart from that it is sturdier than expected and makes the room look great

Excellent, sturdy triple bed. Easy to assemble for one person. There were a few bolts missing but these arrived within 2 days. Excellent service from the vendor, so many thanks to them for this great product.

Ordine effettuato il 18 agosto , ho potuto ricevere il totale del materiale solo il giorno 17 settembre: un mese!!! Il pacco originale è arrivato senza le viti necessarie al montaggio. Ho richiesto il materiale mancante e il venditore mi ha spedito immediatamente il secondo pacco che è stato trattenuto dal corriere/dogana per oltre 15 giorni. Non posso imputare nulla al venditore ma andrebbero effettuate selezioni "locali" per evitare queste spiacevoli situazioni. Altra cosa è il materiale. Ho allegato le foto e ritengo sia giusto almeno un parziale rimborso. A parte la qualità del materiale che cede alla pressione dei bulloni , il tutto è arrivato sporco, con macchie di grasso e soprattutto rigato completamente in molti punti. Il ftto che non ci fossero le viti mi fa pensare che fosse un prodotto difettato o restituito. Io l'ho pagato per nuovo e ritengo come già specificato ottenere un rimborso di almeno il 50%. Avevo la necessità del letto ad agosto, ho dovuto attendere fine settembre e qualità e soprattutto le condizioni sono di un prodotto usato. Attendo vostre info.
