i have been using these for awhile now and they are my go-to patches for those pimples that have not come up to the surface of the skin. when i feel like i have a big pimple coming, i put one of these on right away and leave it on overnight (minimum of 6 hours). the box suggests to skip 2-3 days in between patches but i find that using it for at least 2 days (1 patch per day), it works better in either stopping the pimple from getting any bigger or coming to the surface or it lets it come to a head much faster. the patch is the size a nickel and it is not painful at all. you'll feel the microdarts when you first press on it but no pain or discomfort. my only complaint is that i feel like it should come with more for the price but i don't use these often (thankfully) so it works out.

These patches are hands down my favorite. The microdarts really make a difference, they dig deep and pull out way more gunk than regular patches, which helps my pimples heal faster and less painfully. They’re easy to apply and stay stuck even overnight, so I don’t have to worry about them coming off while I sleep.They’re gentle on the skin too, no irritation or pain when removing them. If you’ve tried other patches but weren’t impressed, these may be it for you.

These actually work. I love these little patches. You can wear them during the day and they are not super visible. I've tried a few different brands and this is the only one that shows any progress. The only problem is that they are very expensive for not many patches. They stick very well and don't fall off. Easy to peel off the next day. You can hardly tell that you're wearing it.

I cannot rave about these Micropoint patches enough! I get those painful, under-the-skin pimples that start forming deep before they surface, and these are the only thing I’ve found that actually stop them in their tracks.The little micro-darts feel kind of cool when you put it on—like it's really doing something—and they deliver ingredients right into the blemish before it gets worse. I usually wear it overnight, and by morning the bump is smaller, less red, and doesn’t hurt as much. Most of the time, the pimple is completely gone or never even fully forms.These are my go-to for hormonal breakouts or those surprise chin zits that show up right before an event. I also appreciate that they're gentle on my sensitive skin and don’t dry me out.If you’re someone who breaks out and needs something that works fast without being harsh, these are 100% worth it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I selected this product based on reviews from a local Facebook beauty group.Acne treatment:I have found this product very helpful and effective. The key really is using this at the onset of a pimple. You know, when you have a little sore spot or can feel a bump coming up but it’s not truly developed yet. That’s when you need to use it.

I want to love these, but for the price, they really need to come with clearer instructions. The patches themselves seem effective when you actually get them on right—but that’s the problem. I ended up wasting two right out of the pack by peeling from the wrong side. There’s no obvious indicator or step-by-step guide to show you how to apply them properly, and when each patch costs this much, that’s frustrating. For something this expensive, I shouldn’t have to guess how to use it. Just slap a little diagram on the back or a QR code to a how-to video anything! Until then, be extra careful when peeling or your blemish won’t be the only thing taking a hit.

These are really cool. Wish they weren’t so expensive though. They work great. It’s kinda cool when you first put one on you can feel it kinda go into your skin I guess.
